5 /5 Obaid Khan: I’ve been a frequent shopper at EXPRESS for the past 15 years, and their clothing continues to be top notch. The Express Cash promotions always keep me coming back, and I truly enjoy visiting the Vancouver location. Everyone I’ve met — from the manager, Dee, to Charli, one of the sales associates — consistently provides exceptional customer service. I’m always greeted with enthusiasm and treated with kindness, even when I’m making a return. Credit should absolutely be given where it’s deserved, and this team deserves recognition. EXPRESS has become my one-stop shop for my clothing needs, and I look forward to continuing to shop here for years to come. 5 /5 C Miller: This Express location is fantastic. Not only do they have a great selection (bigger and better than Tigard), but the service really blew me away. Elsa, the store manager, was super kind and beyond helpful -- on the phone when I called to ask if they had a certain thing and when I was in store shopping and asking for different sizes and colors. My partner went in to shop without me the next day and she was super nice and helpful to him, and even remembered me once they started talking. All the other employees were super friendly and accommodating as well; great customer service is a sign of good management. I live a little closer to the Tigard location but the experience here is *absolutely* worth the few minutes of extra driving time AND the 6.5% sales tax.

5 /5 Stephanie Lee: I stumbled across express while looking for a cute outfit for a Oregon Symphony performance. Wasnt exactly sure what I was looking for. A nice lady ended up helping me and finding me a great outfit. Super clean store and friendly staff. I think this is my new favorite shop.
