4 /5 Shirley Windau: Today I went to purchase mens jewelry in their store. This lady who assisted me couldnt figure out how to apply the discount. She redid the whole thing 3 times because she tries to put me on jc penny credit card. Anyways to make the long story short I end up just paying the the sale price and tax without the $35 discount when you get approved for their card. She said okay everything is good but the receipt doesnt show she applied the $35. I left the store without making a comment, its embarrassing for her age that she works there and cant do simple math. So Ill just leave it here.
