After finding my selection I proceeded to check out. Salvador was very engaging and even asked my name and occupation. Christina Drobish Really great experience here! Had to exchange 2 sweatshirts for my son for a bigger size that my mom got his for Christmas. Had no issues doing it using my mom’s phone number so they could pull up her account and the receipt. I also accidentally made the mistake and grabbed a youth XL off the adult rack for my son and didn’t realize it. Long story short they exchanged that for me with no hassle either. The three employees we were in contact with before Christmas and after Christmas were helpful and kind. Great job Zumiez employees!
