I ordered a Vapor95 ShibaQuest shirt and an employee who was packing it up left me a super nice note inside the envelope and it achieved its goal of putting a smile on my face. Tony H Macys its a great story to get whatever you need at a great price. I love Macys, because they have great prices on most of their items. I love the Macys fragrances here. The customer service here was really kind of friendly. The store was nice and organized, very clean, and easy to find everything. Recommend chicken it out.

erik montejano Great staff and awesome environment!!! Went in to get my hat shaped, I was greated and helped as soon as I walked in. Sergio was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of all hat styles and shapes. As soon as they were done, they communicated cleary. Overall fantastic experience! I highly recommend going here for hat shaping, buying a new hat, and overall just shopping western wear.

Kerry Troche I love this store!! Clean, spacious and full of clothes I really like! They carry great accessories, shoes and hand bags, and plus sizes too. Fitting rooms are clean and comfortable. Good lighting. Employees are always very nice and helpful yet dont hover or pressure you. They have also ordered items for me from different stores when they didnt have a size I needed. The few returns I have made were done easily. New items often. Oh, and clothes seem to run a bit on the bigger side, so I often wear a size smaller than in other places.

Andi Janene was THE BEST! So kind and fast and accommodating! My 80 year old mom needed a size that was out of stock and she ordered for us! Such a kind woman! Thank you! We will be back! Also, clearance sale was awesome! We got a $3 sweater!
