Tasha Gulack I tried on a beautiful dress in store, but it was a little bit small. Their sales person offered to order one for me and my size. when I received it, I realize she had ordered me a petite even though I’m rather tall. In addition, The size up she recommended was too large. I decided to call customer service to get some advice on which size might actually be the right size for me. They told me that the dress was sold out that there were no sizes in petite or regular that were available for sale at all. I went on the website and found that the dress was not out of stock as the gentleman had told me and was able order another size myself. The whole experience has been less than I expected from a store with their reputation. Very disappointed in the customer service.

S T Friendly staff. Jeans are so hard to find that fit right. But luckly Torrid jeans fit sooo good. The quality of the jeans out weigh the price. Iv had a pair for 2 years and they are still holding up.

B Tredds My daughter is transitioning from "kid" clothes to more teenage/nice clothes for middle school, but has been hesitant due to being unsure what shed like for outfits. On a whim I took her into AE to see if theres anything shed like. Being a 41 year old guy, yeah, I was lost, so I asked for help. In stepped Brooke. She didnt treat my daughter awkwardly but totally dived into a shopping experience with my daughter, asking her questions about herself and her likes, to ensure what they found actually worked for my daughter. I was thoroughly impressed not just with the customer service from Brooke, but the ability to recognize a shy, young girl being unsure of herself, then helping that girl feel real confidence in herself. I help run a company that works with people daily and I would hire Brooke in a heartbeat. Brooke, if you read this, thank you for being amazing and for making my daughter feel confidence in her appearance.

DANA GILCHRIST Ive been shopping at this Loft location for years and want to highlight the excellent customer service the staff consistently provides. I especially appreciate the store manager, who delivered outstanding service on the day of their annual inventory. Although the staff was likely exhausted, they still greeted customers warmly and were extremely helpful. Over the years, Ive observed the manager many times, and she is always friendly and ready to assist. I dont know her name, but Loft is fortunate to have her overseeing the Columbia Center location in Kennewick.

Danielle K This convenient store is our go to stop everytime we go through Colfax. It has friendly staff and good prices for it being a small town. We always are able to gas up and grab drinks and snacks and they have a good selection as well. They have a public bathroom which is always a must when youre on a longer drive. They do offer pre-ready hot food as well which is great when you dont have a lot of time to waste.
