5 /5 Bret Larson: We had the most amazing experience with the Men’s Wearhouse at the Bellevue store. We were heading to Edinburgh, Scotland for our daughter’s wedding. We originally ordered the suit online 2 weeks before our trip but due to an unforeseen issue, it wasn’t delivered to our house. Just a day before we were expected to leave for Scotland, my wife called the online store in a state of panic. They said they could have it delivered the next day to the Bellevue store. We then called and spoke with Brian at the Bellevue store who was very sympathetic to the situation and even offered to arrange to have another suit for me as a back-up “just in case” the suit we ordered online didn’t arrive in time. When we called that morning and let Brian know were flying out of the country that day, in fact that hour, Brian and the rest of the staff understood and assured me everything was good to go! From the moment I ran in to the store on the way to the airport my suit was ready and the staff was super helpful in getting me out of there fast! These guys go the extra mile. Their customer service is exceptional. I would totally recommend The Bellevue Men’s Wearhouse for any of your clothing/suit needs!

Came in with my boyfriend knowing nothing about formal wear, looking for slacks and a shirt, as budget friendly as possible and useable for many events and the salesperson was so helpful and measured my boyfriend, and found him a suit on clearance that would be great for the event we were going to and other events that might come up. He also sneakily got my boyfriend to try on a lavender shirt by saying it was just to check sizing, but when we saw it in the context of the suit it looked very good and not feminine at all. This guy knew exactly what he was doing. Plus he had us sign up for texts to get a coupon code to get an extra $20 off, so he really went the extra mile in honoring our request that things be budget friendly.

5 /5 Radu Be: The in-store selection was a bit limited, but the service was great and I was able to try on similar coats and finally got (they shipped it directly to me) what I was looking for. Its also great that they have an in-store tailoring service to make minor adjustments. Prices were reasonable and competitive.
