Olivia Old school is right! Lots of vinyl in front which isn’t my thing … but go past that, to the kind of thrifting that will take you back, back, back in time … real 70s 80s and 90s stuff … before value village started charging an arm and a leg for contemporary fast fashion junk and cheap fabrics … before consignment began enabling overspenders … back to the golden age of thrift when all there was for used clothes was the vintage clothes store that you had to take two buses to get to and when you got there you were confronted, almost intimidated by a selection of stuff that was just so foreign, so weird, so ugly, so not cool that it had true creative potential if only the right genius happened upon it … if you chose to accept the mission you just might be able to pull off an outfit that no one had ever seen before … or you might die trying.
