Morgan Nissen Horseshoe is a gem in our Ballard neighborhood. The women that work there are kind, authentic, and genuinely want to help. Normally, I am not a big shopper, I dont like buying things for myself and generally get in and get out of a retail space. Horseshoe is different. My experiences are have always been lovely and smile filled. The space is one that I am eager to step into, never rushing to step out. Some of my favorite wardrobe pieces and gifts have come from that happy little boutique. Please go. Treat yourself. You wont regret it.

Jennifer reiki master Everything is up for bargains and grabs. Like a living museum that you could own. Staff tries really hard to help move items into your car. Find utems yiu need. And give best bargains possible. Very kind employees and gotta love frank ❤️ Ive furnished my whole house in a month with amazing deals 2 years ago and still enjoy bargains to this very day! I never know what I get to see or touch from stressless to strange hoof pin cushions, coach bags, antique books, special one of a kind art works! Always changing!

kyle tebow I like having this in Ritzville it is Great location. Also i enjoyed the self-checkout. Some foods i think you guys need is pizza that can go in the hot warmer as well as a bakery with Maple bars. Otherwise everything is great. I will be back again and i have been here a dozen other times as it was there before Maverik Part of it has to do with Carls Jr which also is convenient.

Patricia The store’s clean and well maintained. Staff greeted us right away and helped track down some shoes. They didn’t have the size in stock, but set up an in-store order and got it shipped out. Nice to see they’ve got fitting rooms, places to sit, and a restroom. It makes shopping a bit easier. What earned the 5 stars is we had to exchange the shoe size after they arrived, and the staff made the process easy. I appreciated how helpful and quick they were with the swap.

Susan Cook What is wonderful about Casual House is Chris, the owner. She has a great eye for style and is so helpful. Im a little high maintenance but shes always there to help find things for me to try. This is a great little gem in Oak Harbor and I highly suggest you shop here if you value a good look for yourself.
