Old Navy - (Near Bellevue, WA)

1 /5 Loralee Leavitt: I bought my daughter 2 pairs of sweatpants and the fabric started deteriorating after 3 weeks. Old Navy would not allow me to return the items so were out $65. Im never shopping at Old Navy again, and I recommend you avoid it. Update: I spoke to the Old Navy corporate office, and they assured me that they stand behind their products and that a store manager would approve the return of a defective product. However, when I showed the store manager the sweatpants, with the runs and fabric deterioration that had developed after only 2 weeks of wear, she said that since they had been worn this was normal wear and not defective. I think pants that develop lines and deterioration after 2 weeks are in fact defective, so I will not be buying their pants again.

3 /5 David: This Old Navy store inside Crossroads Mall is a bit smaller than other Old Navys but they do have a pretty good selection. Its fair quality at a fair price, so actually pretty good if youre on a budget.If you ask for help,you will get it,but I like the fact that Im not being disturbed every 2 minutes,I like to shop in peace.So do most people.

1 /5 Treesa Mary: I visited this place on January 10 in the evening, and the experience was extremely unpleasant. The billing counter staff was rude and unprofessional. On top of that, as my husband entered the dressing room to try outfits, the staff in charge were making comments. This behavior is unacceptable and reflects very poor customer service.

4 /5 Jedidiah Esther: Got to know they were having some awesome deals and decided to take advantage of it. I ordered clothes for my daughter online and then picked up in store. It was such a breeze. Staff were super helpful and full of smiles. Spent less than 2mins to get my ordered clothes. I further decided to shop in-store and got even more better priced clothes in store z love this place and will be back. The minus to me is that there are so much clothes that everywhere looks crowded, I was with my twin and could barely gets space for our double stroller. The owners should fix this.
