Bo I love Prism! It’s my favorite go to for modern housewares, travel books, Baggu, JungMaven, Corridor, Taion and linen pants. I do a majority of my holiday shopping here and the selection is great for men’s clothes. It’s one of my happy places and for a small ish store it packs a heavy punch. My only critique is that in the past, service appeared snooty. Service has improved the last time I’ve visited but it’s been hit or miss with some staff staying behind the counter and not greeting anyone.

DN DKUS I am writing to express my frustration with the treatment I received at your store. I happened to be in the area and decided to pop in, but upon entering, I was immediately followed and scrutinized by your sales associates. I understand the area isnt great and theft may be an issue, but that is no excuse for treating customers poorly. And before anyone uses cultural differences because your sales associates are Korean, it is not a valid justification for this behavior. I shop where I am appreciated, not just tolerated. Im not trying to sound elitist, but for context, one mist of my Baccarat Rouge 540 costs more than anything in your store. I expect you to address this issue and ensure all customers are treated with respect and dignity.

Shannon Jane Great experience. I came in today a few days from Christmas and the store was packed. The associate at the register was fantastic despite the store being so busy took the time to search for my item even calling another location. Every associate was attentive and asked if we needed anything. Beyond professional and if this is how they handle under high pressure high volume days, then you have a great staff on your hands. The quality of the merchandise speaks for itself. Its always fabulous and basic styles in quality material.

Hannah Wilson Clean store with so many items in fantastic condition for very affordable prices. I was particularly impressed with the selection of quality toddler shoes that were in almost new condition. I will definitely be coming back, so glad we have this store in our community.
