1 /5 Felisha: Terrible lol these two girls were just sitting on the counter when I came in and all the lights were off besides three small ones and it was just so weird. I couldn’t even see the color of things when I asked them if there was something going on with their lights and they looked up and they said no they’re just off and then I said oh that’s weird. We can’t even see in here and they just continued to smile and laugh it off like it was funny. Very young gals with little work ethic what it seemed to me by response and what I seen

3 /5 Tony H: To be honest, this was my first time inside a PacSun store. The shop was really nice and clean. It was pretty small. There werent really a lot of people inside; the employees were pretty nice. The prices were a little higher than I was expecting. Their products were not really my style. But overall its a nice store.

5 /5 Sade F: I shop here often and the entire team is amazing!! They are very attentive, friendly and helpful and always find everything i’m looking for! My favorite store in the mall! They always have new clothes out and a great selection of trendy fashion (including tons of Brandy Melville)

1 /5 anna bell: the last few times i’ve been in here i’ve had horrible experiences with the employees. i work in customer service and i completely understand that as a teenager you make really good friends at your job! but the employees don’t even acknowledge their customers!! they give snarky looks and make rude remarks. Every time I come in the girls at the front just go on about their personal business while checking customers out!
