Cass Brooks I came in a few days after Christmas and was greeted by the sweetest soul ever. I explained I was very uncomfortable shopping and being a "bigger" gal it was hard to find jeans i felt confident in. This amazing woman led me around the store showing me the best fits for my body and convinced me to try on a pair of jeans that were 2 SIZES smaller than ive been wearing....and hot damn, they fit (thanks Judy Blues!). I ended up walking out with 2 pairs of jeans, renewed confidence, and knowing Im a repeat customwr whenever Im in town visiting from Montana.

Kb I was in there just a few days ago, and I my niece and I witnessed the employees getting yelled at by someone who seemed to be the boss. I can’t imagine how humiliating that must be for them! The customer service was decent and the employees were nice, I got help on the denim by a few different people which I was entirely grateful for, but the whole time I was there I kept witnessing the employees not looking happy and many saying they wanted to quit because of what they just experienced.

Corina Gartman I had the best customer service at Longview Washingtons big 5. The woman that helped me in shoe department helped me with tieing shoe laces, made sure I was happy with the shoes I purchased and helped me with my price range. I will be going back and tell others big 5 is good place to get shoes.

Andy Duran What an amazing shop! Owner is very friendly and has plenty of items to offer all ages and genders. Prices are more than fair and much like any consignment store, the best part is hunting through the racks! I look forward to returning and giving this cute shop more of my business.

Jasmine Chang This place is amazing! The folks who run it are always kind and welcoming. Everything is clean and orderly. Pricing is amazing, but sizes are quite generic. (S-M, 7-8 for shoes). There is also a place upstairs for husbands to hang out and eat snacks when wives are shopping.
