Lilly Vertis I came here looking for a dress, they were so friendly, helpful and kind. Unfortunately I didn’t end up getting the dress due to it being a little different than what I wanted. And they also didn’t have many options for me, which I am not suprised because their prices are amazing and they have so many beautiful dresses.

Ron Parpara Outstanding service by Sergio. He knows his nike shoes inside and out wow. Was coming in to buy a Gore Tex shoe and ended up buying the Vomero Plus. Sergios patience, friendly manner and professionalism far exceeded any Nike rep Ive ever met in my lifetime. I walked out with my new shoes and normally it takes me months to find anything comfortable as Im super picky with my feet. Thanks to the Nike team for going over and above here.

Krista Storz To everyone complaining about them stopping you at the front of the store thats Burlingtons policy. Every single location does it. Whether its a few seconds or even a minute its store policy just like other stores. This location was great good quality items, amazing customer service. Great job at the new location!

Carl Watson PLATOS WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ME! Late this summer I sold the store a NICE leather jacket but a little after selling it I realized how much personal value that jackey had to me. I called them asking if I could buy it back, fully expecting them to tell me I couldnt or that it has already been sold. Instead, they told me they hadnt even put it on the floor yet and promised me they wouldnt sell to anyone else! But...they needed time to find it; it had been sent to thier storage unit presumably until winter. Well, for at least a month I forgot about it and called them much later than I should have expecting it to be gone as it was a nice, $100 leather jacket. But, manager Layla told me they NEVER STOPPED LOOKING FOR IT and FOUND it! THAT, AND they would sell it back for exactly what they gave me for it, NOT what they would have sold it on the floor for as it would have been much more money. Now, Im walking away WEARING that jacket after 2 months! Excellent, excellent EXCELLENT customer service! WILL be coming back!
