5 /5 Shannon Jackman vanbrocklin: The sales associate Jennifer was absolutely wonderful. This 3rd time here to this ross and if wasnt for her I would.not come back. The other ladies were rude and acted like I was inconveniencingv them to do theyre job and help other customers they were to busy wanting to chat with each other and about other employees the manager really needs to get on them and maybe retrain them. But I do have to give Jennifer 5 stars she was Amazing and helped not only myself but others also. WAAAYYY TOGOOOO JENNIFER THANK YOU!!!!

1 /5 perfume paradise: I went there to buy a few items. A long line of customers are waiting and one register is open. The lady at the register be like " I am closed" and just walk away while a bunch of people waiting to check out. She just walking around and put stuffs away instead of helping customers. The others just walking around. Security checking your bag act like he has nothing to do. He was standing there at the register looking at you check your item out. Why need to check your bag again none sense. Do your manager know that this is close to the holiday season? Are you prepare for this ? One register open seriously. Take me 1.5hrs to be in line just for two items. Kids behind was creaming loud. People waiting for their turn. Bad customers service

1 /5 Tracy Garcia: I was in Ross shopping, when all of the sudden a supervisor ,a row down said to another Ross employee, " what are you doing all I see is your your walking around wasting time," at that point I felt very uncomfortable as this was happening infront of me. I asked the what seem to be a shift lead if she could take the conversation to the back room, she looked right at me and said I really dont think its any of your business. And well if its happening in front of me and I was a witness to the hard working gal that was working the whole time around me. I can not believe how degraded this CiCi person was trying to make the employee feel. And then to basically brush me off by making me feel like I was the problem to her issues. Even when I walked away she was still trying to be snotty and rude. Do not shop at this store .... CiCI should be demoted and or fired. Maybe a customer service course would help her act like a human. I have never seen any employee in the Ross on 104th be anything but nice and tonight I witness One of the worst forms of shaming!

1 /5 Huong Lam: on august 10th i came here for almost 2 hours to choose 2 white shirts that i like but there was a power outage. i had to queue to register my name to keep the 2 shirts. on august 11th i came back but i couldnt buy them and they didnt have a clear explanation. they couldnt find the shirts that yesterdays employee had cut off. i had to spend an hour waiting for them but still couldnt find the 2 shirts from yesterday. the service is really bad here

1 /5 Ana Lopez: This ross is the nearest to my house and i avoid it unless im looking for something i need. I went to tjmaxx down the block and it is VERY organized and clean! I went to this ross after and it was the complete opposite! It looked like an earthquake hit it everthing all over the floors are super dirty even some stuff looks dirty i hope people wash before wearing the clothes. I really dont know whats going on with this ross its always messy!
