Ross Dress for Less - (Near Vancouver, WA)

4 /5 Jacquelyn willging: I love Ross and this particular store is better then the others Ive been too, Only thing I would say is customer service isnt the best. One cashier charged me twice for the same hair product last time I was there and tonight I bought two boxes of the same exact Bluetooth headphones and got charged 5 dollars more on the second one. I showed the cashier that the price was wrong and he said it was because it didnt have a price tag on it and he couldnt scan the same one twice? Makes no sense at all and even if it did, he didnt have to be so rude about it...

5 /5 Colten Tidwell: We’ve always had good experiences here as a family. The staff are always friendly and this particular Ross always seems to have the best selection of athletic shoes for adults and children. Tonight they were understaffed a little bit on the register but they were apologetic and very friendly. Thank you.

4 /5 Caden A: This is a very reasonably priced store. There is a good wide selection of clothes and slightly less selection of home decor. The people there were nice and had no issues while at the store. It is a good spot if youre looking for clothing for less.

1 /5 Emmy-Nicole McKay: Gave me my refund ... for only 3/4 of my things. This is the 5th time they have done this. Then for the things I had to return with a reciept older than 30 days, I was supposed to get a gift card in the mail. It has been over 7 weeks... I still havent gotten it. The guy working had me write down all my information for him . Number. Address. Name. Email. I tried calling the store. The manager or assistant manager ? .. was very kind, she tried to help any way she could but all she could advise me to do is call the number on the back and told me if I have any trouble then I can call her back and she will try to escalate the situation. Then... I finally was able to get in contact with someone about a week ago, who said they had my stuff pulled up (luckily I kept the refund reciept because I needed numbers from it ) and he said they didnt have the house number to my address but they had all the other information. So they had all the information to get ahold of me... but 6 weeks later I finally reach a human, and they chalk it up to "oh well" and said I should recieve it in 5-7 business days. .... Its been passed that. So, this has been fun. This was horrible.
