He was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure everything fit and looked right. His professionalism and attitude made a huge impression. Shelby Luzzi I have just recently starting shopping here after not wanting to spend too much money on myself for clothing, and I was impressed with the selection and prices. They are pretty competitive with Target quality and pricing and when you get the chance to apply a coupon, it’s even better! So far I’ve worn 3 out of the 4 items I picked up and the quality has held up wonderfully. I’ve even washed the clothing a few times. Still looks as good as new. The customer service was wonderful at this location. I was always welcomed and asked if I needed any help. The associate helped me by getting any sizes I may have needed, and was always happy to apply any discounts that I was able to use! 10/10! Thank you Maurices!

Makayla Asclipaidis I have been to multiple of the Torrid locations and this one was truly the best! The staff members were amazing and very helpful! If you need to go to any of the Torrid locations let the Puyallup one be your choice!

Christina Wonsey Always a great selection. Everything from comfy to elegant. Helpful staff and always some kind of promo right when you need it! Definitely cater well to my full figured ladies which can be hard to find in retail.

Robert Vigil Manzer Everything was nice and organized. The only issue I had was not knowing the prices of the amazing colognes and perfumes, but they are locked up so makes total sense. Husband got a great deal on some Hey Dudes. And I got some great brow liner! Lots of good options and fun shopping.
