Jennifer Helen To the manager/owner: love Zara!! However, I feel for you in terms of hiring employees with a strong work ethic, despite having a beautiful store with multiple checkout registers and plenty of employees on the floor, they routinely (every time I come -approx 7-8 times past 3 months) they refuse to use any checkout except one on bottom floor, AND at the one there is almost always 1 out of 3 cashiers working it, whilst all other employees roam about the floors-NOT assisting customers mind you-in fact they never engage with customers on the floor even if you walk by them. The only interaction in fact from the employees roaming about (except the 1 cashier) has been to tell me to go downstairs s to checkout. I feel for you because I know you are paying them well to do very little while there is a long line to checkout on a Tuesday night at 6 pm—5 people in line-1 cashier-multiple employees swinging by the line and not a one thinks to open up one of the unmanned registers.Again Love Zara but this issue definitely impacts my desire to come shop here. Robert Vigil Manzer Everything was nice and organized. The only issue I had was not knowing the prices of the amazing colognes and perfumes, but they are locked up so makes total sense. Husband got a great deal on some Hey Dudes. And I got some great brow liner! Lots of good options and fun shopping.

Darrell Palmateer Very good selection of clothing for the whole family, bedding, housewares, jewelry, and just about anything else. Prices and sales were very competitive to othere stores so this attracted us. Two stories of floor space so they stock alot of things.

Keegan Kearns Awesome store, soon as you walk in youre greeted and the guys were ready to help. Jack especially was helping me out with what I was looking for. They were all super friendly and outgoing. And all seemed to get along with each other well. Real clean, laid-back shop.

Bret Larson We had the most amazing experience with the Men’s Wearhouse at the Bellevue store. We were heading to Edinburgh, Scotland for our daughter’s wedding. We originally ordered the suit online 2 weeks before our trip but due to an unforeseen issue, it wasn’t delivered to our house. Just a day before we were expected to leave for Scotland, my wife called the online store in a state of panic. They said they could have it delivered the next day to the Bellevue store. We then called and spoke with Brian at the Bellevue store who was very sympathetic to the situation and even offered to arrange to have another suit for me as a back-up “just in case” the suit we ordered online didn’t arrive in time. When we called that morning and let Brian know were flying out of the country that day, in fact that hour, Brian and the rest of the staff understood and assured me everything was good to go! From the moment I ran in to the store on the way to the airport my suit was ready and the staff was super helpful in getting me out of there fast! These guys go the extra mile. Their customer service is exceptional. I would totally recommend The Bellevue Men’s Wearhouse for any of your clothing/suit needs!

Kyla Black Maxwell and Bryce were the nicest retail employees I think I have ever come across. Seriously the best customer service. they were both so kind and helped me shop for what I was looking for and offered recommendations. It’s really refreshing to meet employees like this!
