Love Sosa I went there this past weekend and I had the manager measure my bust and I brought me a bra. She was very sweet. Thanks to her I have the correct size and cup size. I love the bra; its a no wire with good support. Thanks Again. Ill be back

Kristina Mcleskey Very good customer service. I was greeted upon coming in. As I shopped, the gal would come and get my clothes and put them in a designated fitting room. As I was trying on clothes, she would check in. She would get different sizes and gave her opinion when asked. The only other time I have had this good of customer service is when I shopped Nordstroms. At checkout, they ordered what wasnt in my size and I was happy to take several outfits home. I am also happy to support a local business.

However, I feel for you in terms of hiring employees with a strong work ethic, despite having a beautiful store with multiple checkout registers and plenty of employees on the floor, they routinely (every time I come -approx 7-8 times past 3 months) they refuse to use any checkout except one on bottom floor, AND at the one there is almost always 1 out of 3 cashiers working it, whilst all other employees roam about the floors-NOT assisting customers mind you-in fact they never engage with customers on the floor even if you walk by them. The only interaction in fact from the employees roaming about (except the 1 cashier) has been to tell me to go downstairs s to checkout. I feel for you because I know you are paying them well to do very little while there is a long line to checkout on a Tuesday night at 6 pm—5 people in line-1 cashier-multiple employees swinging by the line and not a one thinks to open up one of the unmanned registers.Again Love Zara but this issue definitely impacts my desire to come shop here. HB Update 11/29/22: I was at the store to pick up some jeans and tops for my daughter the staff was very helpful and they helped me to purchase all the stuff I was looking for. The experience has improve in a major way compared to my last visit and I am bumping up the 3 stars for their excellent customer care. I like their belts very much. They are reasonably priced and great quality. AE has recently introduced their square buckle and I wanted to check out the colors and size. I went to the store and asked for some help in trying the belts and the lady at the store was hell bent on not helping me. I just left the store with a bad experience.

erik montejano Great staff and awesome environment!!! Went in to get my hat shaped, I was greated and helped as soon as I walked in. Sergio was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of all hat styles and shapes. As soon as they were done, they communicated cleary. Overall fantastic experience! I highly recommend going here for hat shaping, buying a new hat, and overall just shopping western wear.

Crystal Chappell We always appreciate the level of service this store provides its customers. The holidays are always a huge stresser for retailers and in some stores you can see it, but not in Maurices. Smiling ear to ear, getting your fitting rooms ready, grabbing clothes in different sizes for you, etc They are over the top with their customer service and hospitality and make you feel like youre in a high end store. Thank you ladies for being so amazing and making mine and my Daughters shopping experience so exceptional.
