S A This store and staff are the best. It is super clean and organized and the staff is very helpful. They are very informative on the products they have in store. My store in Vacaville is dirty and they don’t have a friendly staff it seems more of a hang out for the staff. Zumiez in Fairfield is where it’s at.

Mark Whittock I came in late on December 23rd to shop for my wife and was greeted with a wonderful smile by Lisa who I believe was the store manager. I asked her if she could assist me in finding some gifts. I will just say right now that she was TRULY wonderful and had the patience of Jobe!! She spent well over an hour with me mixing and matching items...and I just wanted to say that Loft has a customer for life!! Thanks so much Lisa and I wish you well..

camaro 69 The store had creates and u carts that hold unstoked merchandise everywhere around the store and no working on them. The floors around the store were really dirty and had marks all over them. I heard someone talking about it. The bathrooms look like they havent been cleaned in a few days or more. So if you dont need to go there just go across the street to Wal-Mart.

Shes been extremely helpful every time my daughter and I come in to shop with Finish Line. I dont know what yall are paying her, but please give her a raise; she deserves it!

The highlight of my visit was Christina, who provided outstanding customer service. She was not only friendly and knowledgeable, but she also took the time to help me with my purchase, wrap everything beautifully, and even assist me to my car. Her genuine kindness made a significant difference. Christina and her associates were amazing and friendly, constantly checking in on me as I navigated my choices. The fragrance department truly was the bomb! I appreciated their attentiveness, with at least 4-5 associates offering assistance. I’m definitely looking forward to my next visit! Roman I’ve shopped here many times, and every visit has been consistently great. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They don’t just try to sell you something - they actually help you find what fits and looks good. Because of this warm and positive atmosphere, I always feel good coming back. It’s one of those stores where you enjoy the experience as much as the clothes. Highly recommend!
