Jess n Kev We love this target. It stays well stocked and staff is polite and attentive to services. The security was also attentive but not to the point of making me feel uncomfortable or unwelcome as I have sometimes felt at other targets in places like emeryville.

Aaron Gonzalez World class customer service here. Went in December 1st in the evening and a younger gentleman helped us out. Very helpful and polite! Answered all of our questions and made our shopping experience great. Will definitely keep coming here! Love the clothes as well.

Yoseline Gomez I had come into the store to return a pair of jeans past the 60 days return policy and the return turned out to be very complicated, with the sales associate ( sherry) on the phone with customer service and IT trying to figure out a way to get me my store credit or a refund i can just say SHERRY WAS THE NICEST most HELPFUL employee of the year she deserves a raise she helped me look for a specific pair of jeans in my size that was not in store she was looking in the back threw new shipment that had literally just arrived and I just am beyond happy with my purchase she found me the jeans and helped me get a refund for my return !!! she’s amazing 10/10

Karinna Zarate My kids went shopping here this weekend on our Santa Barbara weekend getaway and they were treated very nicely. They love Tillys and it was nice to find one far from home! Customer service was great!! They had a few items our home location in Temecula doesn’t have so they were very happy!

Gage Chisholm Great product. Amazing customer service, I usually wouldn’t write a review but, the reviews here about cs are pretty rough and this place definitely does not deserve that. Didn’t have the shoes I wanted but that didn’t stop an employee to run around 10 minutes after his shift was over to help me find a pair I’d like, I think I heard another employee call him Caleb. Great employee, really sent my initial view in a better direction. Another is a guy by the name of Esteban, super friendly and giving out really positive vibes. Great employees, I hope this comment will be read by management, good store, good first impression, I am likely a regular now.

Rachael Evensen I just want to give the biggest shout-out to the team at Zumiez at the Mount Shasta mall — especially Josh — for their incredible customer service. My 10-year-old son was shopping there today, and the way Josh supported him genuinely meant the world to me. This isn’t the first time my son was helped and has had an amazing experience with Josh. My son had even said before we got there that he had hoped that you were working this evening. He’s talked so highly of you and I can absolutely see and understand why and it was a pleasure to meet you. This is the first time I’ve personally met Josh and he recognized my son right away and that made my son feel so important. Josh was patient, kind, and so supportive in helping my son pick out clothes and feel confident in his choices. He treated him like a little brother, and as a mom, that is something I’ll forever appreciate. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond the way he did. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. Thank you, Josh and Zumiez, for making my son’s day and giving us such a great experience. You truly made a lasting impression.
