LOFT - (Near Stockton, CA)

1 /5 Georgie Solorzano: Brought in an item to return from Ann Taylor, its okay that you cannot return at a Loft Store, but to be laughed at and told "youre confused" by one of the sales associates is just rude. BTW, I was confused since my credit card has all business lines listed on it.

5 /5 Mark Whittock: I came in late on December 23rd to shop for my wife and was greeted with a wonderful smile by Lisa who I believe was the store manager. I asked her if she could assist me in finding some gifts. I will just say right now that she was TRULY wonderful and had the patience of Jobe!! She spent well over an hour with me mixing and matching items...and I just wanted to say that Loft has a customer for life!! Thanks so much Lisa and I wish you well..

1 /5 Michelle McGuire: If I could give no stars, I would. I used to work at a LOFT store in Atlanta and we always had a friendly and welcoming staff. This location has an extremely rude staff who dont know how to do their jobs. Theyve messed up my transactions multiple times, the pickup orders are almost always wrong, and they wouldnt let me use my debit card because I didnt have a physical copy of my ID (even though I stop into the store at least once every 14 days). All around terrible customer service, terrible visuals (from a previous store managers perspective), and probably should close. Im willing to drive an additional 30 minutes to the Walnut Creek location to avoid this location.

1 /5 Richie rich hernandez: I frequent this store, the customer service is horrible! Every time I walk In i feel like I’m bothering them. This location is one of the nice areas in Stockton and it’s a disappointment to this community. I normally ignore this kind of behavior but I felt it necessary to speak up. I’m sure this company wouldn’t approve of this kind a behavior and terrible service. Every season I’m in there and spend a substantial amount of money on work clothes, etc. I hope someone acknowledges this review, I really like the clothes. I will not return to this location any time soon. Hoping for some changes!
