1 /5 Mei Chi Siu: Poor customer service (incompetent "business associates ") working there. Over the phone I canceled an order in the morning, person says shell take care of it. I asked for an email confirmation, none came. 5-6 hours later, I got an email stating that this order was picked it up by me when I was physically working 50 miles away the entire day! In order to get my order canceled/refunded, I had to drive to that store and hand them my AT card to get my refund. Upon arrival, the guy who helped did No apologize for THEIR mess up. No sincerity whatsoever. Not going back. This USED to my favorite AT store; well NO MORE.

Asia Rodriguez Today I came in looking for a pair of jeans for my husband’s birthday. He’s pretty particular, and I definitely don’t know much about men’s jeans, so I was feeling a bit lost. Before I even had to ask, one of the associates, Alejandra, came up and offered to help. She pulled out so many great options, and thanks to her, I didn’t just find one pair—I ended up buying two! She was such a joy to work with, and I’ll definitely be coming back.
