Kelly I had a wonderful experience at Urban Outfitters today. I came twice but the overall experience was so good. A staff member named Melina (I hope I spelled her name correctly) was incredibly helpful, friendly, and kind. She patiently helped me resolve an issue and made the entire experience smooth and pleasant. Because of her help, this location is definitely one I would prioritize coming back to. She truly made me want to shop at this Urban Outfitters more. Thank you so much!

My associate Avaria has amazing taste and helped me pick some great pieces. I called ahead and had her pick out some pieces for me and all purchases from the shawl to the jewelry was perfect. Robert Gilbreath Super friendly staff and goods are all really high quality. There is a location over in Valencia as well in case this location doesn’t work best for you. Also lots of other shops near this and their other location so both great for some walking and shopping. If you have kids, there is an awesome playground very close to this location.
