Nazaret Jamgotchian So far this store in Pasadena was the best among other Ann Taylor stores. They had good deals and nice collection. My wife was happy with the items and the deals she found here.

Robert Gilbreath Super friendly staff and goods are all really high quality. There is a location over in Valencia as well in case this location doesn’t work best for you. Also lots of other shops near this and their other location so both great for some walking and shopping. If you have kids, there is an awesome playground very close to this location.

Arash Tari A true staple of the Sawtelle community, been a customer of theirs for nearly 20 years. Great place to shop and buy gifts for friends and family. Blackmarket LA has provided my family and I years of great memories through all the awesome gifts we got here. Half my wardrobe is also from them too! Great men’s clothes and my girlfriend often buys from here

A special shoutout to Kohl, who is absolutely amazing at putting outfits together. His keen eye for style and genuine enthusiasm have led me to purchase a few extra pieces I wasn’t even planning on—but no regrets! What I appreciate most is that the team isn’t pushy at all. If they work on commission, you’d never know it because their focus is purely on helping customers, not making a sale. It’s refreshing to shop in an environment where the staff truly cares about making you feel confident in your choices. John My wife and I had a great experience today at Banana Republic. Im not a shopper, but my wife is!! She spotted the mustard color outfit through the stores window and we headed inside. Maria greeted us and as my wife collected clothes she set up a changing room. Maria helped her coordinate those mustard color clothes. Maria and my wife both have an outstanding sense of style. My wife was pleased to be able to ask for a smaller size, which Maria quickly found. We stumbled onto an amazing sale, which made me happy! Maria and Tony signed us up for a store credit card which really slashed the prices... yup, Im happy! It was quick and easy to do. I know she will be back at Banana Republic soon. It really was enjoyable!

They may not always have what you are looking for in store but they will definitely do everything they can to track it down or order for you online with extremely fast shipping! The manager Caroline is always cheerful and happy to help. We always get great customer service here. Give them a try, I bet you will become a return customer as well!
