andrea yepez Just got done doing a drive/ pick up order at target and I wanted to leave a review for Kara! I ordered four items, but I was missing the fourth which was a lip liner. The person that helped me was already inside, so I asked another employee for help. She explained that because there were only two more left liners left it might be harder to find the item but that she would go and check the floor regardless after she was done with her orders & if not she could help me process the return for the missing item. She was very professional and patient with the whole process , in the end she was able to find the pencil. Thanks for your help, kindness & patience Kara! You’re amazing :)

Joseph Nguyen This location was able to assist and resolve an issue my wife had with her online order. My wife tried calling Lofts customer server number 3 days in a row to get assistance, but no luck since wait times were long, the call back feature doesnt seem to work since they never called back.

Sarah Godlove I love this Chicos store and frequent it often! They have a large selection of fun clothing and unique jewelry/accessories. The staff are all outstanding - super friendly and helpful without being pushy. Theyre happy to check sizes in the back or at other stores to be shipped directly to me. In addition, there are always sales and/or racks of discounted items. Ive also received excellent customer service when calling about online orders. This Chicos is conveniently located in the Promenade Temecula shopping area, with plenty of parking in two garages making it easy to access to all the shopping and dining. Chicos sister stores, White House Black Market and SOMA, are also located right there on the same street.
