Chicos - (Near San Mateo, CA)

2 /5 Linda Lowe: I am not a big fan of the Chicos in Hillsdale mall, but I love the one in Modesto. I feel slightly put off by some of their sales staff. They are very opinionated and when I asked for my free scarf that was on promotion was told that they were out and no follow up. I popped into the Modesto location to see if they had an item that the Hillsdale was out of, not only did they have it, they give me 10% off because they were out of the scarf as well and told me that they were instructed to give the customers the discount that asked for the scarf. Now why didnt Hillsdale do that 2 days prior? So for customer service I will go to Modesto when I am in the area and just steer clear of the Hillsdale mall location.
