1 /5 Barbara Socarras: I am a regular customer and I enjoy the selection of items but today I was purchasing several items and was denied the bathroom. I happened to be in dire need due to a health condition but very rudely was told it’s out of service!!! I proceeded to ask where do they go to the bathroom and they couldn’t answer. Paying customers should not be subjected to this kind of treatment. I go to the register and there was 1 cashier and a line of 6 people, I asked the cashier if she could ask for help but she said she was the only one. Then another employee that was talking with security offered to help. I understand it’s DD’s and not a brand store but I think customer service has a lot of room for improvement.

1 /5 Clara C Poon: I like shopping at this store. I Usually shopping 2 hours every time. On 11/10, a health condition that I need to use the restroom. I asked for a male staff, he said ok. A female staff was walked over and very rudeley said that restroom room service was temporarily. I told her I will stop my shopping because I have an emergency need. She said: "you can come back after you go to restroom". I went to the register check out and asked the cashier open the restroom. The staff which one before I told with, she walk over again and said wont allow use restroom. I said I will make a complaint. She said:" ok, thank you!" Then she staring watched me took my product leave. As a chain store, using the restroom is the right of paying customers. I think some rudely employee needs more training. Customer service needs improvement.

5 /5 Amanda Horton: The store itself is kept pretty clean, staff is always nice . Kristine, sweet cashier upfront is why I always come back. Always makes my shopping experience much better .

1 /5 iiGot videos: Everytime I come here it’s a lady name Bobby that yells at the customers and kids she is very rude and always have a attitude with customers I don’t know how she is even allowed to work there being that rude and disrespectful to people she got on the loud speaker and told people to control their kids or leave the store she really needs to be fired for how rude she is to people

5 /5 Alison Reist: Wonderful staff, kind and helpful. I went in to get a luggage bag and bought 2 and other items. I left and went back in for one more item and ended up seeing uniforms. I bought several for fantastic prices. The prices are 1/3 or a 1/4 of the prices at a uniform store
