4 /5 Suzanne Cohen: Updated Review: Problem resolved; after the response to my review I went back to the store and was able to exchange the belt. Yeah! I even bought a sweater. They do have lots of cute things. I’d encourage a more customer friendly return policy.

Feel like I was ripped off by this store. I bought several items and tried on a pretty belt in silver. I ended up buying the same belt in gold but did not try it on; when I got home I immediately realized the belt was broken and unusable, so I went back to get a replacement. Shocked they offered nothing. No credit, no replacement, no refund - just a broken belt. I had my receipt, the belt had on the tag and it was two days after my purchase. They lost this customer.
