1 /5 Kitten: Customer service here I absolutely horrible, I did a pick up order and they claimed that nothing was in their system. The manager Josh said they couldn’t do anything about it even though I was charged and had a confirmation email/number. He really didn’t seem to care at all that I had been charge, made me call customer service instead of them, which was closed when I called which you think he would have already known. I would have bought the shoes then and there if they had been able to cancel the order or offer any solutions. Do not shop at this Tillys, Josh is one of the worst managers I have ever encountered. Seems to know nothing about the system and nothing about customer service.
