Macys - Santa Rosa
Ellie Store had so much variety and because it’s in California the location had an array of jackets and vests, which Texas usually lacks hence the weather differences. But this Macy’s location had so much for each department including toys and gifts for this time of the year(holidays). Staff in the cosmetics and jewelry departments were attentive and asked if we needed assistance and wasn’t just standing in their areas on their phones or anything. They were also very knowledgeable in their areas from perfumes to makeups to jewelry. The store is never packed when I shop mainly cause I go mid morning when I expect the least amount of people to be there. Overall this store is great and well stocked and very clean and organized.
