Kaitlyn Schantz I love shopping at this T.J. Maxx! The employees are always super nice and helpful. The store is clean, well organized, and they always have good stuff — great clothes, home items, and amazing deals. Every time I come here, I find something I love. Definitely one of my favorite stores!

Marissa Frost Came in to do a quick return and Hilary (I believe was her name) was extremely helpful and informative. Gave me some great suggestions for making exchanges on online orders too. Really appreciated her patience and willingness to go the extra mile... Her Customer Service was ☆☆☆☆☆!

priscilla garcia I went it today to find an outfit for a special occasion. This location has a great selection of clothes. The sales associate/cashier Mikaylah was fabulous. She was very sweet and helpful. Great customer service! Thank you! I will definitely be coming back

Anthony J. Ballamis Its clean, but horribly understaffed. Always a 20-30 minute wait in line to check out. Cant hire more cashiers but the loss prevention people have body armor(at least 1 guy, idk if he purchased himself) with soft plates, not just a tac vest. Also, people (not Rosss fault) standing in groups in the narrow isles and wont move, even when politely asked, and letting their kids run around acting wild. Its a mess here. Would be 1 star but I usually reserve that for egregiously bad experiences.
