Kohls - (Near Redwood City, CA)

3 /5 Maria Ledesma-Kap: I like going to Kohls because i know there won’t be crowded. The place is spacious they have some good items especially household stiff. The clothing i feel i cab get cheaper elsewhere with a better selection. I like how they have Sephora inside- but note that it’s not your regular Sephora so they don’t carry the some items (like wonderskin or dyson products). Sephora here is more on the perfume and cosmetic side. I love how it is also a drop off point for amazon and other brands like pop flex returns/exchanges. Staff are very nice and polite inckuding the security guy that welcomes you as you enter! Lots of free parking all around!

3 /5 Kay Harlow: Way to go, Kohls, I occasionally come in, but this time was different. They have a tall silent security guard at the door. It felt a bit threatening, given the fact I am an older lady just looking for a new clothing item. I sometimes like to see incoming new things. Lots of clothes and other items. I kind of felt like a suspect being there. Something must have happened to hire a security guard.

A good place to get in some shopping if you are waiting for someone to get thru surgery and need some retail therapy while they get the real stuff! This Kohls is easy to navigate with nice, wide aisles and good lighting. Huge kitchen and household section. Columbia brand jackets. Pet items. Nice displays and helpful staff. Great sales. Automatic doors at entry. Large parking lot that has some shade and adequate accessible parking spots. Bathroom is large and clean. Amazon returns at back of store. Separate goodies.

2 /5 Albert Michaelson: Guy who rang up kept pushing to get me to sign up for their Kohl’s credit card. I had to repeatedly tell him that I wasn’t interested. Just ring the charge please. Also, their clothes are pretty expensive. Think I’ll just stick to online shopping

1 /5 Yanely Juarez: The experience I had was one of the worst experience I ever had at Sephora and I love shopping there but the girl who rang me was extremely rude. She didn’t even want to give me her name but for 1, I needed help checking stock. There was none out and I couldn’t open the bottom myself since it was locked and the girl didn’t even want to check the bottom drawer. She rudely said “whatever is out is whatever we have” which was false cause a very nice gentlemen offered to check the back for me and luckily they had the pallet in stock. After that. She ended up ringing me up and we did 2 separate transactions since my brother offered to buy me the pallet and he even bought himself a cologne and since we’re paying Apple Pay, the pin pad was saying error please insert card so my brother chose to pay cash and the girl kept checking the bills with the markers which is totally fine I don’t blame her but then she didn’t want to accept it and I was taken back because I didn’t see anything wrong with the bill. She then implied the bills were fake. I’m a hard working women and I felt discriminated, profiled and embarrassed
