Grant Marr Had a great experience selling, with Emma as the buyer! I was nervous after seeing the negative reviews. I brought in 5 large bags of clothes (probably >100 items) and they bought 14 items, and offered $168 in trade-in, or $101 in cash.
They bought a few of the old navy / gap pieces that were nicer and seasonal, but passed on most of them. They are very picky about t-shirts which I expected, especially in the winter. Some nice leggings were new with a $90 price tag on it, and they are reselling it for $34 and offering me $15. For me, that’s great! Just know what to expect, folks.
They thoroughly looked through everything. Emma had already tagged the clothes before I accepted, but I didn’t get the feeling that it would have been a problem to decline some of the offers. She showed me the prices offered on the screen for each piece. And I got to walk around the Ave while she looked. 5 stars!
