Emily my package was delayed for 4 days and i called the store multiple times and there wasn’t any solutions just was told to call customer service and deal with it myself. i was super frustrated. the last time I called i got in contact with Diana and she personally called customer service for me to figure out the problem and got a new order shipped out all within a hour. I really appreciate all her hard work and how she took initiative to make it right for me. She then called me the NEXT day to make sure it was all handled. give that girl a raise! she was awesome.

The staff are all outstanding - super friendly and helpful without being pushy. Theyre happy to check sizes in the back or at other stores to be shipped directly to me. In addition, there are always sales and/or racks of discounted items. Ive also received excellent customer service when calling about online orders. This Chicos is conveniently located in the Promenade Temecula shopping area, with plenty of parking in two garages making it easy to access to all the shopping and dining. Chicos sister stores, White House Black Market and SOMA, are also located right there on the same street.
