1 /5 Dododo123: I went to Macys for a perfume and I had forgotten my card so I only had cash. So I was limited to how much I could spend. I go to the perfume section and an old lady approached me and the other person who was accompanying me. I said out loud to my company that I came here for one thing and I am limiting to how much I can spend. As I say that that old lady who works there changes her whole demeanor. She is rude and only bring out expensive pieces on purpose because she heard what I said earlier and how I am limited in my money. She was already unprofessional to begin with and is offering items that I did not want or need. I grab what I need and as I go to pay, she stales my time on purpose by mis counting my money on purpose. The amount was around 215 dollars. I gave 230 because I had no change. And after I told her how much it was going to be. She kept making excuses, said my Macys card was not in the system in a unprofessional manner. I have to ask the person accompanying me to change my money. And it was still the same amount 230. Until another worker came and help her. And she was much nicer. And I finally got my change after 15 to 20 minutes. If you there watch out for a white old lady with glasses, grey hair, 5,3 ft, who works in the perfume section because she is unprofessional , rude, and will waste your time.
