Robert Kaplan Amazingly stocked store off Santa Rosa Ave. Tons of product from Cody James, Stetson, Hawk, etc. They also have jewelry and plenty of good ol cowboy goods, wallets, belts, boots, etc. Prices are accommodating as well.

Danielle Scardino I’ve been to the Chico’s in Palm Springs twice now, especially since the Palm Desert store is temporarily closed, and I just have to say—the ladies here are truly amazing. They were so kind, patient, and helpful as I was handling some returns on behalf of a friend who’s ill. They couldn’t have been nicer about it—not once did they make me feel rushed or uncomfortable. Honestly, in today’s world, it’s rare to find people who are genuinely warm and gracious like that. They deserve an award for their patience! While I was waiting, I watched them greet regular customers like old friends, and the whole atmosphere of the store was just… happy. You can tell they love what they do, and it shows in how they treat everyone who walks in the door—even when the store is clearly busy. They made a possibly awkward errand feel easy, and I left smiling both times. Great team, great energy.

Coach Nico Emily did a great job being assiting with me and making sure I got the best products, quality service, and made sure I brought the right hats for my needs. She also did a great job with the custom embroidery. She exemplifies everything that defines great customer service. Ill come back to Lids in Tulare just to see her again.
