Jenn Parnell Seemed to be more security staff walking around than the amount of customers. The greeter was nice, however the rest of the store not very inviting. Not much on the racks for sale either. So if you need little kids shoes, or mens shirts and/or swim trunks, not the store for you. They did have a lot of womens sleepwear to choose from. Also a vast selection of nice water bottles up front near the register. The store was probably the cleanest Ross Ive ever been to.

Ashley MONTENEGRO AMAZING costumer service! Store is always clean and very organized! Cassidy was super helpful and helped me go through a few discounted items, very polite! Mathias was super helpful as well and very sweet. These employees make the store very welcoming! Gosford old navy is BY FAR MY FAVORITE and ONLY location I will go to!

Tatiana Saengkeo During cold days we are looking for stores, where we can buy warm clothes. Ross Dress for Less is the best place to be prepared for fall and winter seasons! Traveling among multiple well organized shelves and counters, I was able to find warm shose, sport costume, and jacket! The members of the store gave me consultation, where I can find clothes according to my wish. Also, they told me that the new fashion products will be arrived soon! Visiting Ross Dress for Less, I was able not only to buy warm clothes, but obtain warmth in my heart! It happened because of great service, kindness, and politeness of the store team! Thank you for your great job!!!

J G I’ve shopping here for years and have spent probably thousands of dollars. When I tried to return defective products, I was told I couldn’t because they’d been worn and washed. THAT’S WHY THEY WERE FALLING APART AFTER ONLY A COUPLE OF USES! Apparently, quality AND customer service have both declined in recent years.
