Old Navy - (Near Visalia, CA)

1 /5 Bailey Hoffman: Imagine going to grab a pair of leggings, and finding out that instead of just walking up and grabbing what you need, you have to dig through a nightmare of clothing. I’ve never seen an old navy in such awful condition! To top it all off, two employees stood behind the counter were gossiping (loudly) while completely ignoring the fact that there was a line. I don’t typically post negative, petty reviews like this but I was really disappointed in the whole place. I get that it’s an old navy, not a Tiffany’s, but good grief.

1 /5 Sonya M: Was going to use old navy bucks but was rushed and felt like they were bothered. I almost always forget to use it and waste them but thanks to the rude cashier another 100 old navy cash that didnt get used again.

1 /5 Ran Burr: I went to Old Navy today to return an item and I saw jeans for $10!! I didnt walk around because they were right by the line ... I thought yaaay, score!!!! While in line in front of me a young lady was telling Michael "manager" that the price was incorrect. So he goes and checks it out and honors the price... Great! My turn... Both the pants I picked (off the $10 rack) were not $10. Mind you, there was more than one of the same kind I picked on the rack, but different sizes!! I proceed to tell Kathryn, the young lady helping me that they should honor the price because they were on the $10 rack! Well, Michael "manager" said no. It really bummed me out! Why did he honor the young ladies items but not mine!? I feel that was very unfair and I will be contacting corporate. I run a store, and I would rather honor a $5 price difference than loss $10 and a customer. Michael is not a very good manager.
