She was kind and took the time to share detail and measurements with me, and the item I purchased arrived in the mail elegantly presented and wrapped. Unfortunately the item did not fit my needs in the end, but Caroline remained most gracious-- my return was accepted promptly, cheerfully and professionally. My experience with this store was excellent, due to Carolines outstanding service. .

1 /5 Tonia Lewis: Horrible management with Customer Service. Bought a pair of Sofft leopard shoes a week and a half ago, called store to see if they would credit me a $40 price drop as the manufacturer was selling the same item online for $99.99 from $139.99, and wed spect over $335 in the store when we bought them, but manager would not do so. Now I have to return the item if I want the $40 difference...horrible customer service from manager!! Wont take my business here ever again, nor will any of my many friends and daughter who live in the area. Hope youre happy lady!

1 /5 Trish Wilks: Poor. Poor poor. Gift bought at the start of the pandemic. March of 2020. It was purchased for me by a friend and it was too small. All receipts in tact and they would not accommodate at all. Not even a partial credit. Unwilling to do anything to help. Manager did not even come out! Willing to spend more and nothing. Poor poor poor. ☹️☹️☹️ . Never again and they had nice choices but none of my money will be spent there. I have been in cust mgmt 40 plus years and this would not fly in any company i have been with.
