Julia Simon Love this gorgeous little shoppe. The owner quickly greets you and offers help, also keeps distance to let you explore. Great prices, even for being downtown Turlock. I have many shoes from here and it’s my first stop when I need a new pair for myself or my kids. She also has seasonal clothing item and cute accessories, again and unbeatable prices.

Brian I hadnt been to the Northridge Mall in years but stopped by on a quick trip to my hometown, it is the largest mall in the Salinas Valley and county. It has been remodeled this my last visit to my hometown mall, a much improvement from the past. There are a lot of stores compared to my previous visit to this mall, cleaner and felt safer with a more open layout.

Eugene Joseph I flew in from Boston and needed a fedora type hat to go with my suit fit. My man Josh that works here totally went above and beyond to help me out. Even before I got here we were on the phone talking about different styles and fits. Dude made me feel like he had my back and was looking out for me. Thank you for the help Josh.

Joani Wizes I was so impressed with the whole experience. They were so personable and attentive to me . I love the way they are set up and I love their whole clothing line. I wanted to buy everything. The designs and the details were gorgeous and unique. The materials were so comfortable and very well made. I really enjoyed myself and I want to bring my daughters back because I know they will love everything.

Patrick Parkhill I called to inquire about a limited edition item that was out of stock online. It was the third location that I called and neither of the other locations had them. When I called, I spoke with Jenna. She was warm, friendly, and eager to help. She informed me they didn’t have it in stock either. She asked me to wait a bit to see if she could do some digging and when she came back on the phone, she let me know she had found one in Minnesota. She called their store, put it on hold for me, rang me up over the phone and got it shipped to me. It was the last one in their system. This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had in my life all thanks to Jenna. She could have left it at “Sorry, we are out of stock.” But she went above and beyond. Get her a raise stat.
