2 /5 Tina Ruiz: So usually, I have a good experience at this store. My daughter is plus size so we usually go here for special occasions. But the sales lady who helped us today was so rude. She even made a comment about having to wash her hands after she helped my daughter. My daughter already has insecurities about how she looks. Another lady had just came back from lunch and I wish she would’ve helped us She was nicer and she was also plus size so I think she would’ve been more understanding towards my daughter. I should’ve got her name, but she was at the register. Today’s date September 16, 25.

1 /5 Greg A: Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered Been a loyal customer for years starting at the Montebello town center I purchased many Pendleton’s from them They recently closed their store in Montebello but was told by them that they also had a store at the Santa Fe Springs swap meet I went to their other location and purchased two Pendleton at regular price of course which I don’t have a problem with because they’re good shirts These were gifts for my son-in-law’s Turns out one of the shirts was too big I was coming from Redlands California heading home to Los Angeles and decided to stop at their store in Ontario, which is inside the mall I was told very rudely that I wasn’t able to exchange there because I did not purchase from them there that I would have to speak to the owner I asked when will the owner be there and they said not till later today now mind you I’m trying to get home in Los Angeles I called their other store at Santa Fe Springs and was told that they really don’t affiliate themselves with that store now how could this be possible if you’re under the same store name? They have just lost a loyal customer here I will never purchase anything from them again

3 /5 Anna Vera: My husband and I came here with our children looking for clothes from that era I am looking for my size and one of the employees (woman with glasses) tells me in a awkward tone sizes run small which I understand and that they usually run in Jrs i am more on the husky side however heres my constructive criticism practice how you talk to costumers or the manager teach you how cause it came off very flat and very awkward one of the other employees there was also plus size and wore a dress from the store I get it they are limited now heres where it got a bit personal my husband already felt uncomfortable with her comment he definitely wanted to leave when I noticed she was following us around especially my husband he told me she kept following him around my husband is black so that should give you an idea why we felt a way we did end up purchasing a dress cause I really liked it and it fit but we will never come back cause of her.
