Old Navy Outlet - (Near Ontario, CA)

5 /5 Rosabell M.: I placed an online order for pick-up at this location because they had the flannels I needed for a family photo shoot. The online ordering process was simple and convenient, and I appreciated the text notification when my order was ready. Since Ontario Mills can get extremely busy during this time of year, my goal was to get in and out quickly, and I did! The store was clean, well-organized, and the staff provided excellent customer service. My order was ready and waiting, and the team was exceptionally friendly. Overall, it was a pleasant experience shopping at this Old Navy outlet. I’ll definitely be returning after the holiday rush.

4 /5 Chewy: This store was nice and clean, but it does need improving on fluorescent tubes because it has too many burned out and I noticed that some Philips F32T8 energy advantage has some glow orange because it does need replacement before it can burn and destroy fixtures and ballasts!

4 /5 Lorenzo Warfel: MUCH BETTER… so last time their was a tall guy and some other staff goofing off at the counter in this location and the service was lame. This time it was so much better! Their was a different duo at the check-out counter this time and the new guy I got was super respectful and nice! The store has some good deals, I came in looking for socks and got three high-quality pairs, $4 dollars each! I’m happy to say the store looked more orderly too! I’ll be returning.

5 /5 fernando ramirez: we came to this outlet looking for exactly that, clothes at outlet prices and luckily we found some. i didnt have high hopes as we had previously visited in passing and didnt find too much but luckily this time around we found some winter items marked down and scooped them up at a great price as well. im sure we will visit here again after a few months because near the back of the store i noticed that some of the clothes racks were emptied out compared to those in the front. we had also used the changing room in the rear of the store and it was generally clean as well. my only issue would be with the clientele when we visited but old navy cant control that and its not a knock on them just so you are aware if reading this.
