We had a little snag at the check out and the manager, very nice man, swiftly rectified said snag with ease and we went on our way with our goods. Next, there was a lady named Charlie.She was extremely helpful in purchasing my jeans.Getting me the right size and suggesting items. Im sure I will be wearing those jeans for a long time.Because the quality was amazing. Last but not least , the earrings that I purchased were so elegant. She is also a well known figure by stylists from other luxury stores. I often get great compliments from others when I am in a St. John outfit.
