Ross Dress for Less - (Near Chula Vista, CA)

5 /5 Antonio L: I love this Ross! I’m here twice a month, no fail! The staff is nice, but Leticia in the back is very welcoming, sweet, helpful and professional. My mom always chats with her. She always has a smile on her face and makes one feel welcomed. This is my favorite Ross and I’ve been to many of them in SD county. The store is spacious and cool and it’s never overly full, except during the holidays. They’ve also been upping their game when it comes to artwork, so two thumbs up for that! The main complaint at this store is that there is ABSOLUTELY ZERO reception on my phone. I have AT&T and my sister has Cricket and we have no reception whatsoever. I’ve even asked other people and they complain about the same thing. It’s ridiculous! If there’s an emergency I cannot reach anyone. No idea how they can fix this but this needs to be looked into.

1 /5 Jocelyn Castaneda: Very bad experience at this Ross store. The cashier, an American woman with blonde hair, does not know how to treat customers. The only thing she said was asking if we wanted a bag, with no greeting or friendliness at all. Her attitude was very arrogant and unprofessional. The customer service was terrible. Management should provide better training because this kind of behavior leaves a very bad impression.

5 /5 Hugo Sanchez: First time in the store, they have a LOT of good sales, for everybody. Even electronics. I found a color of shirts for work original price 55.00 I got it for 14.99 each. The people working in there are very friendly and helpful. When looking for the shirts I asked a young lady where the dress shirts be and she might only pointed where she actually walked me to it. Really friendly, there is plenty of parking spaces, handicap access and handicap parking. All and all it was a very good experience. Even when paying Ive noticed that right when I came in there was a long line, the manager opened a couple of extra registries and the line moved very very fast. The cashiers are GOOD and fast with a smile on their face. I will come back and bring my wife and kids shopping here. Thanks to the managers for the great training and employees.

3 /5 Harmony Buenavista: Nice to enter a Ross that isnt crowded... then again its only day 3 since its been open! We came to grab the kids some back to school gear and they have a decent selection... at least for now. We were in and out in 30 minutes... pretty good! The cashier was really friendly too!
