Brunobigbruno I walked in to TJX for only one thing and of course walked to the checkout line with so many more things for my kids and wife but started to debate weather or not i needed everything because of how long the line was of course it’s during the holidays so i stuck it out with so many different noises (it was hectic) once i made it to the cashier she was so nice her name was Makenzie and she helped me so much. being in such a long line made me feel overwhelmed and her interacting with me and being so positive completely changed my whole mood thank you to her she needs to be rewarded for her personality and soul!!!

Lyz Kono I totally enjoyed todays experience. I found everything and more than I needed. I had only gone to window shop and ended up shopping. The store was clean, and the racks were nicely organized. However, I do like a little chit-chat when Im at the checkout. However, today, I felt as if the young lady who assisted me would rather be somewhere else. Other than that, it was a nice experience.

Rosabell M. I placed an online order for pick-up at this location because they had the flannels I needed for a family photo shoot. The online ordering process was simple and convenient, and I appreciated the text notification when my order was ready. Since Ontario Mills can get extremely busy during this time of year, my goal was to get in and out quickly, and I did! The store was clean, well-organized, and the staff provided excellent customer service. My order was ready and waiting, and the team was exceptionally friendly. Overall, it was a pleasant experience shopping at this Old Navy outlet. I’ll definitely be returning after the holiday rush.

Izzy Nov Store was very busy today only two cashiers still they were able to keep up the line moving. I will definitely recommend this location. For all those looking for toys today had a good variety of them.
