Michelle Patnode I just had THE BEST experience at Gap Roseville at the Galleria Mall shopping for myself, which btw I haven’t wanted to do in a long time. Full 5 stars all the way!!! The attentive, personable, helpful and knowledgeable staff were right there and ready to direct me to the sale racks which had an extra 40% off. Woohoo!!! I used to shop at Gap when my girls were small and in kids clothes. Btw I loved that chapter in our book of life!! But my girls are grown now, so I guess I will look forward to someday (no rush lol) the next chapter when I can shop at Gap again for adorable outfits for my grand kids. Yayyyy!!!! Thank you ladies at Gap Roseville…you know who you are and you Rock!!! Please keep doing what you do best with great customer service…this breath of fresh air is noticed and MUCH appreciated in this day and age!!!

Jessica Torres Had the best experience shopping there today. First time purchasing at AE and makayla made it so easy to fall in love with my jeans. Offered to get me a different size and brought it to my fitting room. Laura was awesome at checkout as well applied to for a credit card got approved and got 30% off my purchase. Even met the manager Viridiana and about to book my style appointment. So happy I came in today.
