1 /5 Kathryn Harvey: Incredibly poor customer service on the manager, Gigis part. I made a purchase but it was rung up incorrectly, and to boot, the printer that was used jammed the receipt. It apparently does this with all the receipts but they continue to use it. When I tried to return 2 of the shirts that I purchased, because they rang it up incorrectly and charged me for 3 of one thing that I only bought 2 of, and 1 of the shirts I bought 2 of, they wouldnt accept the return. The jammed receipt just caused further conusion. In comes Manager Gigi, whose first words when she was called over were "I dont have time for this." I was the only person at the counter and almost the only person in the store. She then went to the back and supposedly looked at the tape of my purchase 5 days earlier, told me the way it was rung up was correct. Essentially, she lied and accused me of being a liar. She refused to let me see the tape. This woman clearly hates her job and had decided from the moment she was called over that she wasnt going to resolve this. She never apologized for the inconvenience, never stated she was there to help resolve this, just accused me of lying. 45 minutes of waiting in a near empty store to be told I am lying. Unbelievable. Now I have a shirt I dont need and they have my money.
