1 /5 Krishna Kishore Rachavula: I have never encountered this kind of store where they close out much before the timings mentioned here. I reached the store at 6:30 PM on Wednesday to pickup my order. The store was supposed to be open until 7PM but to my surprise its already closed. How can I shop online to pickup my order when its unpredictable when they will be open. I had to go back twice already without picking up my order. Now, the order is also cancelled. Is the store higher management sleeping without checking on their employees? What kind of business they are running? It looks like this is a public listed company. How can they answer the shareholders with this kind of service?
