Yoseline Gomez I had come into the store to return a pair of jeans past the 60 days return policy and the return turned out to be very complicated, with the sales associate ( sherry) on the phone with customer service and IT trying to figure out a way to get me my store credit or a refund i can just say SHERRY WAS THE NICEST most HELPFUL employee of the year she deserves a raise she helped me look for a specific pair of jeans in my size that was not in store she was looking in the back threw new shipment that had literally just arrived and I just am beyond happy with my purchase she found me the jeans and helped me get a refund for my return !!! she’s amazing 10/10

Sallee Jordan #spencergifts Crowded and cramped as all Spencer gifts stores are Coast to Coast. I was looking for a choker and it was here it was perfect. I like the gags. I was so tempted to buy the fart machine its is one of my favorite things. I see also they have adult toys as well as things for younger people. They have a lot of sarcastic t-shirts and buttons and pins. This is a Haven for sarcastic people like me.

Mikki Fesmire I was able to bring my selfless, heart giving friend a really good experience into his location today. She is a single mother, and gives everything else for her children. Kristin was above and beyond, absolutely amazing. She made a woman who never did anything for her self a chance to finally do something for herself and style herself the way she deserved. I want to thank you for you your guidance, love and patience you had with us today. The very overwhelming experience left her completely speechlessness, but in such a good way. She has never had this treatment, and respect for shopping for herself and you made it such an easy process. If I could give more stars to this amazing woman I would.
