She was incredibly patient, didn’t complain at all, and kept such a positive attitude the entire time. She had a genuine smile and made me feel comfortable and taken care of. Stephanie Calderon I asked an associate at the desk if their fitting room were open and she directed me to an older lady who possibly was a manager or lead, and when i walked over towards her to ask if i could use their fitting room she proceeded to comment “ careful with getting your makeup on it . “ with a tone, which made me uncomfortable to even procceed with trying on the shirt. when i stepped out she immediately came over and said “ are you going to buy that ?! “ loudly and again with a tone. like excuse me… what is it your business. she clearly had no professional patience and clearly out of control. as a customer I felt uncomfortable. If it wasn’t for the nice and helpful associate i would’ve not made a purchase at this aeropostale. as a person who works in retail this lady was not giving the proper customer service.
