april crews I don’t think I’ve been in American Eagle since middle school but I really really wanted to get the tsitp sweater I saw on TikTok. I knew it was kind of a long shot because they’ve been out for a couple of weeks now. When I got there I was sad to see they were all gone but there was one still on the mannequin! The employees were kind enough to get on a ladder and check the size! That one was unfortunately too small but they were able to get the item number and look it up in there system and we were able to find one that would fit. We got it ordered for shipping and they were even able to get a coupon for me! I feel like the world has been in such a kindness drought lately but the employees being willing to go above and beyond has truly made my week! Thank you all so so much!!!!!!

Kate Hale I wanted to take a moment and share what an incredible experience I had on 10/12. I had a dress crisis and went to Loft in the hopes to find "garden party" wedding guest attire for the next day. While the entire staff were amazing, Sophie (I am hoping I have her name correct!) Went out of her way to assist me. She even had a return that she felt would be perfect for me...and it was! I so appreciate the time she took with me to find the perfect dress for me. Thank you!

Sarah Burns Excellent customer service! I stopped in today and had the absolute best experience I’ve ever had at any Hot Topic. Their employees are super attentive and incredibly helpful. They found me exactly what I wanted and helped my daughter get the perfect fit for her style. I believe the young woman who helped us the most said her name was Atlas. I should have written it down. Great quality products and a good selection considering the smaller sized store.
