april crews I don’t think I’ve been in American Eagle since middle school but I really really wanted to get the tsitp sweater I saw on TikTok. I knew it was kind of a long shot because they’ve been out for a couple of weeks now. When I got there I was sad to see they were all gone but there was one still on the mannequin! The employees were kind enough to get on a ladder and check the size! That one was unfortunately too small but they were able to get the item number and look it up in there system and we were able to find one that would fit. We got it ordered for shipping and they were even able to get a coupon for me! I feel like the world has been in such a kindness drought lately but the employees being willing to go above and beyond has truly made my week! Thank you all so so much!!!!!!

James Wood Very friendly environment and very organized. All employees were very helpful, especially Kevin, whom helped me differentiate between types of dog food, and flea treatments for dogs, to the cashier. I cant remember his name, but he was very polite and helpful with a good attitude from both. This is why this is my go to store
