5 /5 andrew schroeder: I had a great experience at Banana Republic. I came in not really knowing what I was looking for, but I ended up liking an outfit I saw on a mannequin. Lina went above and beyond to help me out, especially since my size was the last one on the mannequin. She made everything easy and made sure I was taken care of. The gentleman at the counter was also super helpful and friendly. Overall, really solid customer service. Would definitely recommend visiting this location.

5 /5 Dorothy Hartmanowski: I must say not only was this store clean and well organized, but the employees were outstanding. A women went around asking if we needed anything and held my moms clothes in the fitting room so she didnt have to carry it. She helped us without being overly obnoxious, just letting us know shes got us if we need it. Then at checkout I was stunned when the male employee came all the way from the back of the store just to take the items I bought out of the bag given, just to refold my items bought so they could be " as they should be". The care you put into these quality fantastic new items made me even more satisfied with the purchase of them! No offense to the employee checking us out, I didnt even notice or care how it was going in the bag as you did it, but to see someone who prides himself that much in presentation of the items to be perfectly folded and put into the bag should be given a raise and position higher up in this company! I used to work retail and Im sorry I dont know your name, but wow, thank you for the customer service! ( it was at 1/11/26 around 3:30pm, I hope you get the recognition you deserve!)

He helped my husband assemble a suit and even went out of his way to come find me in the store to make sure I had a chance to look at my hubs new outfit. 10/10 recommend this associate, the store was just an added bonus because they actually carry sport coats in store!

4 /5 Irene Gabo: The lady at the register was terrific but until I got there while I was in the store for 30 minutes not one salesperson approached me and offered to help. The store was empty and there was a lot of product. Assistance with sizes would have been appreciated but they were too busy chatting which is too bad. I would have bought more.

5 /5 Gabriella: I had a wonderful experience shopping for the first time at this location. I came from out of town looking for some nice clothes for an event and was having a hard time finding stuff. Fanny in the fitting room was amazing!! Words can’t describe how sweet she was and willing to help me find exactly what I needed. She brought me different style clothing that I would have never thought looked good on my body without her help. I left this store super happy with an entire outfit for the event I was attending. Fanny was definitely the best retail worker I’ve ever encountered. Will definitely return to this location if Fanny is there to style me!!
